EPSC To Screen Film At Loss Prevention 2010

23/02/2010
EPSC will be present at the 13th Annual Symposium on Loss Prevention in order to show the results of the senior management commitment film project. The film, titled Process Safety Pays, has been produced as a set piece to be used in presentations to management as a tool to foster a culture of good process safety awareness at all levels.

In cooperation with sponsors, EPSC commissioned the short film with the aim of graphically demonstrating the meaning of process safety, its public perception, and the potential issues. The film uses the theme of air travel as a positive example of an industry that has inherent risks but which has nevertheless achieved a good reputation for reliability by applying good process safety procedures and maintaining a risk-aware working environment.

This film, created by Hagenfilm, will be available on DVD, or by request on blu-ray, with accompanying Powerpoint presentation to complement its message.

The symposium is held in Bruges on June 6th to 9th. Provisional programme of events and registration for the symposium can be found here.
