Failure Rate and Event Data for use within Land Use Planning Risk Assessments
25/03/2010The UK Health and Safety Executive have made available a document detailing failure rates of process, storage and transport equipment for use in land use risk assessments.
Relevant external hazard frequency data included covers lightning, flood, and aircraft collisions.
The data listed is intended for Land Use risk assessments only, and does not take into account factors required for safety assessment of existing plant equipment.
