HSL - COMAH Remodelling

The Health and Safety Laboratory (HSL) are to run a 1 day course on COMAH modelling on 6 May 2010 in Buxton, UK. The COMAH Competent Authority (HSE, the Environment Agency and the Scottish Environment Protection Agency) are changing the way in which they organise and implement the COMAH (Control of Major Accident Hazard)Regulations from 1 April 2010. This course provides an overview of the changes, particularly in terms of how they effect duty-holders and what the COMAH Competent Authority is now looking for.
